A musical biopic about the 1970’s all-girl rock group the Runaways, which was formed by
teenage girls living near Hollywood and heavily manipulated by their manager as ‘jailbait rock.’ The band quickly
rose up the charts, succeeding on their own merits as musicians and becoming the first all-girl rock-band to ever break into
the world of arena-filling hard rock acts.
